wdid setup docs
wdid is a local-first Mac app. Connect the sources you use, then Update pulls activity into a workspace folder on your Mac. Each guide covers credentials and the connect steps in the desktop app.

GitHub setup
Authorize wdid with GitHub Device Flow (or a personal access token for local development), then enable the source on a collection.
Slack setup
Create a Slack app, add the loopback redirect, request user scopes, install into your workspace, and connect from wdid.
Gmail setup
Create a Google Cloud Desktop OAuth client, enable the Gmail API, paste the client ID and client secret into wdid, and authorize in the browser.
Asana setup
Create an Asana personal access token, paste it into wdid, optionally set a workspace gid, and enable the source.
Fathom setup
Create a Fathom API key, paste it into wdid, optionally filter by participant emails, and enable the source.
Granola setup
Create a Granola API key (Business or Enterprise), paste it into wdid, and enable the source.
Screenpipe setup
Run Screenpipe locally, copy an API key, save it in wdid, and enable Screenpipe on a collection.

In the app
After setup, open Sources (or onboarding), save provider credentials when asked, then connect and enable the source. Tokens stay encrypted on your Mac; they are never written into your workspace folder. Use Help → Documentation to reopen this hub.
