Connect Screenpipe to wdid

Screenpipe runs on your machine and exposes a local API. wdid stores the API key encrypted on your Mac and pulls activity you choose into a collection. See Privacy for what stays local.

Steps

  1. Install and run Screenpipe on this Mac so its local API is available.
  2. Copy the Screenpipe API key from Screenpipe's settings.
  3. Open wdid → Sources, add Screenpipe, and save the API key.
  4. Enable Screenpipe on the collection, then run Update (or wait for the schedule).
